ah yes twin snakes on gamecube a wonderful redo in my opinion, Did you know the black dude in mgs3 SIGINT was the Darpa cheif that was targeted by foxdie in twin snakes; also a man by the code name decoy octopus was his double tortured to death jus before snakes approach by Ocelot wich learned torture methods from volgin .. theres rumors that we will meet him in mgsV sense snake in Twin snakes never met him
I vaguely recall some of these things. It's been a long time since I played these games and, honestly, I didn't like MGS4 at all so that kinda pulled out of the whole mythos a bit. Still looking forward to Ground Zeroes and MGSV though.
MGS3 is my favorite gameplay-wise but MGS2 is my favorite regarding everything else. It was the first MGS I played and it was so beyond anything else I had played at that point. But yeah, MGS4 seemed super silly to me at times and I didn't like the emphasis on gunplay. Didn't like the ending with Big Boss being alive either. Seemed unnecessary.
I'm going to have to go with Max; Snake may be a badass, special-ops clone of a badass special-ops dude, but he's a clone, and clones are never as good as the original. Plus, there's one major advantage Max Payne has over Snake: Snake has things to live for, no matter how small they are. Max has nothing to live for, so he goes 110% on everything, knowing that he has nothing left.
Actually, having nothing to live for would make Max more willing to take risks, such as jumping off of a balcony and sliding down to shoot a terrorist who has a human shield (first mission in Max Payne 3). I do see what you're saying though. Plus, Max is pretty much taking his anger and despair from the deaths of his loved ones out on any villains he comes across, so that makes him more aggressive
...So what if he killed the real deal? Snake was cloned to be as good, or better then Big Boss, that's sort of cheating. At least Max was naturally trained, I'm going for the relate able type not for whose the strongest.
And besides whose also the strongest is subjective buddy!
sure it is and i love both franchises , but to put down a person as a copy.. you dont even know .. btw its not cheating when max goes bullet time huh lol.. and max trainer was booze n pills bud thats his real advantage as payne
Bullet time is a game mechanic for the franchise, it is been described that Bullet time is actually his reflexes. And sorry I cannot make out what you said in the last part.
I ain't putting Snake down, he's still my favorite character, but it's still kinda cheating when you're made to be perfect. Max wasn't cloned and had to naturally fight against his enemies. Bullet Time is when we play, just imagine this fight not being part of a actual video game bud!
wow cqc is a game mechanic as well , just because one dude takes pills instead of genome therapy doesnt make him the non cheater. and trust me bullet time wouldnt be the same if max wasnt paindkillr up
if they cant use there abilitys then what would you expect, a buncha civlians brawling, the special ability makes the character , btw bullet time is agiven Solid SNAKE wasnt born knowing cqc he lernt it like evryone else only his genes make him.. 'superior'
if you truly call it out its Snake
you pikd max because he wasnt a copy, thats bout it, thats y i responded
truly max would need
A) PLAN, (he has never had 1) B)CODINE, (cause snake will hit him) C)BULLET TIME( To dodge snake)
ending btw you cant take there abilitys away , thats about the dummest excuse ive heard. moving around abilitys to suite your argument is quite low
never wanted to argue just stating facts super soldier vs sorrowdcop on meds
